Eligibility Criteria for Admission

1. Passed Two year Pre-University examination/PDC/10+2 or equivalent as recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with 50% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. (40% for SC/ST candidates).

OR
2. The Vocational Higher Secondary Education course conducted by Vocational Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala with 50% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
3. Minimum age for admission will be 17 years at the time of admission.
4. Should be medically fit.

Certificates to be enclosed with  the application

1. Copy of SSLC/10th Marks card
2. Copy of HSC/PUC/PDC/10+2 Marks card
3. Copy of Transfer Certificate
4. Copy of Conduct Certificate
5. Copy of Migration Certificate (only for other than Karnataka state candidates)
6. passport size photo
7. Copy of Aadhaar Card

Admission Procedure

The application duly filled in along with the necessary documents should be sent with crossed DD for Rs. 1000/- payable to Athena College of Nursing, Mangaluru. The application fees once paid will not be refunded.

List of Original Documents to be produced at the time of admission:

• SSLC/10th Marks card
• HSC/PUC/PDC/10+2 Marks card
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate (only for other than Karnataka state candidates)
• Eligibility Certificate from RGUHS, Bangalore
• 5 copies of passport size photo
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Two Sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates
