Hostel Regulations

  • Students are advised not to keep valuables, gold and jewellery with them. The management will not be responsible for loss of any belongings.
  • Students are not allowed to stay with the relatives, friends without specific permission of the parents and the authorities.
  • Students are not allowed to go outside the hostel without the written permission of the warden and the concerned authorities. They should be back at the hostel by 6.30p.m.
  • When the student falls ill, the warden of the hostel will be informed, so that the student may be cared and attended to.
  • Visiting hours are from 1pm to 6pm on Saturday & Sunday. Relatives and friends are not permitted to visit the students during the class hours and at night unless it is an emergency.
  • Co-operation is required from the students in keeping the hostel and the surrounding clean. Maintaining the cleanliness of the room is the responsibility of the individual occupants of the room. Waste bins should be used to dispose the waste.
  • Regular vegetarian/non-vegetarian food is provided.
  • While in the campus, the students are expected to dress modestly. Full Saree, Salwar Kameez or Chudidar are the only permitted dress.
  • Telephone calls are permitted only in the scheduled time. Any message should be passed on through the Class Coordinator/Principal/Hostel Warden in case of emergency.
  • Students are allowed to use mobile only during the hours decided by the Authority/Warden.
  • Hostelities should not paste any stickers on the walls of the rooms.
  • Any damage in the room shall be replaced by the students and penalty to be paid.
  • Study time is from 5.00am to 7.00am and 8.30pm to 11.00pm. This must be strictly observed and prior permission should be taken by those who wish to have other timings.

MESS

  • All the students of the hostel shall be required to join the mess.
  • Mess charges should be paid by the 5th of every month. Detailed hostel rules will be given to students on admission which they are expected to follow strictly. The management reserves the right of making any addition to or omission from or alteration in the above rules and regulation including fee structure, without prior notice.
  • Deduction will be made in the mess bill only if the student does not avail of the mess facility for 5 days and above.
